Liked: The staff are always friendly and very approachable, nothing is a problem. We found them very accommodating towards us travelling with our 2 small dogs.
Disliked: everything was perfect.

Liked: Very quiet, clean and dog friendly. It's very close to Riccarton Road so everything you need is readily available. But it's so peaceful you could be out in the suburbs. Lovely staff who are very helpful.

Great would come back again.

Liked: The location as I had my dog with me it was close to Hagley Park, Riccarton Mall would come and stay again.
Disliked: Carpet as soon as you walked in looked very new and clean and coming from outside having been for a walk didn’t want to get it dirty so had to leave shoes outside or inside door which would be in the way. Small room but perfectly adequate.

Liked: everything went well after I got the heater sussed
Disliked: the unit was cold when I arrived and I couldn't get the heater to work. I messaged the office but I didn't hear from them until the next day. All ended up alright though

Liked: Quiet location. Spacious room with everything needed provided. The bed was comfortable and warm during the cold nights. Serviced each day.
Disliked: Could hear the people in the other rooms. Thankfully no one was noisy.
