Perfectly adequate.

Disliked: Room did need some attention. Bathroom door kept coming off track and needed painting. Wall light was flickering. Door frames needed dusting

We've already booked again.

Liked: We loved everything about this place for our two night stay.It had been recently renovated and was nice and clean. It was away from the city center, but still close to everything. Having a double hot plate in the kitchen was a plus too. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hot tub was a nice way to finish off the day.
Disliked: Nothing to not like about this place.

Amazing spacious room

Liked: Amazing room. It was enormous. The bathroom was huge. Really spacious and it was newly renovated so everything looked new. There was a paid laundry room as well. The location was great as it was a short distance to all the attractions in central Rotorua. I did not want to leave.
Disliked: The reception is unattended during long periods of the day, which can be quite inconvenient at times.

Everything you need! Great place...

Liked: Extremely clean room with everything you need for a short or extended stay. Rooms look like they have had a recent light refurbishment that has been done well. The owner went out of his way to make your stay comfortable. Located on Fenton a 2min Uber ride to eat street and the lake front. We loved the spa bath, this would be great for families! Bed was new and very comfortable.
Disliked: The walls were a little thin so there was minor noise from other guests but nothing major.
