Liked: Comfortable for stay with family. Convenient location. Staff were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The room smelled bad the first night we checked in and troubled us all night. The Sulphur smell in the area made it worse with open windows. The staff were very helpful and tried to fix the room odour. And i guess it only got a bit better. Lack of any extractor fans in the washroom or kitchen made us rely on opening the main door and the back door for ventilation. Also the shower curtains are not long enough so showering can make the washroom floor wet with water spraying out.Lastly, the spa when turned on doesn't heat up the water but only really pushes cold water bubbles in and so we just used it like a normal bathtub after the first time. Sadly that meant we needed to empty the tub after every use.
