Disliked: Shower was dirty and it had bad odorWe stripped beds after stay and it had a cigarette filter in the sheets WE DO NOT SMOKE Our duvets had brown stuff on them Found an grape under the table when we arrivedThe chairs had some liquid stains on them It was poorly cleaned When we booked the accommodation online later we called the lodge to ask for late check in and she said we had to cancel the room on BOOKING.COM because it wasn't available but we had already paid it and it would have taken few days to have money refunded. She couldn't offer us anything else we pleaded with her that that was the only money we had . She gave us a smaller room for same price where us 4 had to share bed and no money was given back no partial payment for smaller room it was not the room we paid for for 4 people

Liked: Always a great stay. Rooms away from the road and quiet. Rooms are always amazingly clean - and kitchen facilities are perfect for a quick getaway. Super comfy and so much room for a family. Great parking too. We always stay here when in CHC is our home away from home.
