A perfectly good budget hotel...

Liked: The staff were very helpful & friendly. The rooms were quiet in spite of the busy location. Great access to the underground via Gloucester Road, perfect for access to central London & Wimbledon which is what we needed. The continental breakfast was simple but pleasant & set us up nicely for the day.
Disliked: The beds & pillows were a little lumpy & probably need replacing. The mattress had a dip in the middle that you would roll into if you were too central.

The hotel was quiet and...

Liked: The location was fantastic, the staff amazing
Disliked: A drink from the bar after returning from our concert ( before 11pm) would have been wonderful but the bar had already closed. although the breakfast room was very small and compact it still served up a treat.
