I would not go back...

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: Breakfast was not bad. I give it 5. No fruits, or any varieties of breads or cheeses.

Nice stay in a comfortable...

Liked: The staff is very friendly and the hotel is nice and beautiful. Very well located with lots of restaurants in the area, supermarkets and a metro station served by 3 major lines. The room size is enough and the bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: The room needs a bit of maintenance but nothing serious. The only thing, that was reported to the reception, was the lack of water pressure in the shower. Sometimes it was really just dripping a few drops.

A pleasant stay and would...

Liked: Well located and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing really although the breakfast 'voucher scheme' seemed a little odd.

Great location for London break

Liked: Great location with easy access to tube station a couple of minutes away. The staff were all very attentive and service was excellent. Despite us having a ground floor room there was virtually no traffic noise. We have stayed in several London hotels and this is the first we will definitely use again.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Exceptional

Liked: This is our second time staying here and we'll be back again. It's such a convenient location with multiple groceries (a Waitrose and a Tesco Express) nearby — along with some fabulous pubs and a Nandos. The rooms, while on the older side are really spacious. We were given a complimentary upgrade when we arrived which made our stay even better. This is fast becoming our go-to place to stay in London.
Disliked: The carpet is a bit old-looking, but the hotel is clean and comfortable.
