Very good

Liked: It was convenient for us.
Disliked: The shower was too hard to get in and out Almost slipped. The pillows were too hard. No washcloths. Didn't like the sink cabinet.

Pleasant and great location.

Liked: Location & around the corner from tube station. Staff were great and very helpful. Room was comfortable and air con was great.
Disliked: Our room was in the basement looking out to the janitors shed. Windows and blinds were dirty and dusty. Horrible carpet throughout the property.
