Hotel Description
Located on the Exmouth seafront the Ash Hotel B&B bed and breakfast is around a 5-minute walk from Exmouth Rail Station. Busses can be caught yards from the property and there is free Wi-Fi throughout. With views of the town or the coast rooms are simply decorated with plenty of storage space. Each comes with Freeview TV and facilities for making tea and coffee as well as a bathroom with toiletries. Hairdryers and ironing facilities are available on request. A Continental breakfast is provided in the dining room which benefits from picturesque sea views. A range of restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes or less on foot. It is a 10-minute walk to the World of Country Life where you can see birds of prey and children can walk goats. Phear Park is less than 2 miles from Ash Hotel B&B.

Enjoyable restful stay.

Liked: Owned by a very welcoming and pleasant couple. Friendly, peaceful atmosphere. A selection of alternatives for breakfast. Good location for the sea for walking the SWCP. So unusual to find accommodation with a single room which made this excellent value for me. Overall an excellent stay.

No frills but great value...

Liked: Excellent value, clean and comfortable. Attentive host. Classic no frills b and b. We met friends for breakfast so I can't comment on that but it is just continental for those who desire a fry up!
Disliked: Parking is on the street, first come, first served and therefore in season could be tough, plus it costs!

We loved staying at The...

Liked: Our hosts were really friendly, helpful, couldn't do enough for us. Definitely like to go back again.
Disliked: The only problem was no parking but that would have been the case anywhere in Exmouth so nothing our hosts could have done. They did advice us what to do with our care

Cosy beach stay

Liked: The staff were very nice and they've made this place a comfortable holiday accommodation. Location was minutes away from the beaches and marina. There was a very cute rose-pillow on the bed.
Disliked: The bathroom seemed a bit outdated, the taps/sink need an upgrade. But it was usable
