Liked: The location ,was lovely very quiet and the owners are lovely people.
Disliked: The parking ,we had to.park on the seafront every night in order to get free parking ,then had to keep moving the car during the day .

Liked: Ash and Amina are so lovely! The view from our room was just perfect. Nice egg on toast for breakfast! Lovely traditional B&b in beautiful Exmouth. Great value for money!
Disliked: Noisy guests in the room next door… didn’t follow the no noise after 11pm but absolutely not the fault of the hosts!

Liked: A warm welcome and a comfortable stay in an excellent location, just opposite the seafront. Would stay there again.

Liked: The room had a lovely sea view and plenty of storage space. The bed was very comfortable and there was very little noise from outside (other than seagulls which is to be expected!) Check in was easy and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great, so all in all we were very happy.

Liked: Although it's a continental breakfast, there's plenty to choose from. They make you feel like you are part of the family.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Liked: Wonderful, warm and friendly owners! Could not have been more helpful. We had a lovely breakfast each morning and our room was very clean, a comfortable bed and the shower worked excellently! We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!
