I contemplated leaving Auckland and...

Liked: Location. Great wee restaurants conveniently located, close to bus stop and walking distance to CBD.
Disliked: The room was small and not as clean as it could have been (dust in corners, behind desk and tables etc.). The fridge wasn't plugged in when I arrived, and the hand soap and shower gel dispensers were empty. I stayed 4 days, and towels were sometimes collected and changed. It was confusing when they would be changed, and the room I stayed in did not have a 'do not disturb' sign, so there was no option to not have a cleaner come into the room. My sheets were not changed at all during my stay either.

I wouldn’t choose this one...

Liked: Proximity to the hospital, the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Lots of broken things, no cutlery so no teaspoon to stir my hot chocolate, bed wasn’t that comfortable

Disliked: I would have loved to have some ice in the fridge and some coffee packets without having had to ask at reception? My Neighbours in room 711 were very noisy

Pleasant

Disliked: We booked a superior king room and initially got a standard room, when questioned where told that it was what we booked. When we showed them the photos on line we finally got moved to the right room, not sore what game they where trying to play as we stay there alot, maybe new a manager not sure.
