Disliked: I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the place was poor, and there was a strong smell of drugs in the hallway of my room. I do not feel comfortable being in such situations. I hope you can improve these aspects for the well-being of future guests.

Liked: Staff were helpful, rooms nice and warm. Saw I was frustrated and allowed me to check in early despite being told policy was post 2pm. Close to public transport and food stores.
Disliked: 24/7 check in was advertised, but was unable to check in until 2pm. Somewhat frustrating as my flight landed much earlier. No trash receptacle in the bedroom - only one small one in bathroom.

Disliked: This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at Rude staff , dirty room, vomit on the toilet seat , dirty /used razor left in our room . Our tv did not have a remote . Beds were different height for making up the double bed . We were moved to another room which was not much better . Will not be back and have warned our friends of this accomodation. I’ve stayed in nicer hostels for half the price . What an embarrassment.
