Very happy with the stay
Liked: Amazing place, very clean, staff very friendly and attentive, buffet breakfest where there is a bit for everyone, easy access to the lift and water dispensers on the corridors. Peaceful night.
Disliked: There was a bit of a noise from train tracks which are at the back of the hotel

Poor
Liked: The hotel is modern. The staff is friendly. The rooms are not very spacious, but they are cozy. Breakfasts were quite good.
Disliked: Unfortunately, upon returning to the room, there was a noticeable musty smell. Dust clouds were coming out of the vents, falling onto the floor and toilet seat. This does not reflect well on the cleanliness of the hotel. However, that was not the worst part.On the second night, several families – apparently of Arab origin – checked into the second floor. The noise in the hallway resembled a busy market rather than a quiet hotel. I tolerated this behavior until 10 PM. At 10:30 PM, I called the reception to ask them to speak to the guests next door. A hotel employee did intervene, but it had no effect. At 11 PM, I called the reception again. In the meantime, I called the neighboring room myself and politely asked them to be quiet – in English. The only response I received was a brief "ok."At 11:40 PM, I contacted the reception for the third time. The hotel employee came and spoke to the noisy guests again. Unfortunately, the shouting, slamming of doors, and running of loud children in the hallway continued.During a conversation with the receptionist, I said that if the hotel is unable to maintain nighttime quiet hours – which in Poland start at 10 PM – and if my family and I cannot sleep, I expect a discount on our stay. I asked the receptionist to speak to the hotel manager and told him I would expect a response in the morning during check-out.Sadly, I was disappointed. No reaction. No compensation. Not even a simple apology. This morning, tired and frustrated, we left the hotel and are now heading to Wieliczka. To foreign guests visiting our country and disturbing other visitors’ peace: I suggest searching on YouTube for the speech by MP Joanna Senyszyn about Ukrainians.
