Good location, clean and comfortable...

Liked: The Location is excellent for a night stopover. Clean comfortable room.
Disliked: I was disappointed with my meal at the restaurant, although to was convenient after driving for the day and not wanting to go out anywhere. Improvement of the meals could only be a positive thing.

Disappointing

Disliked: Staff agreed I could checkin late and that they'd call me with details. After not receiving call I called them. Said they'd text me by a specified time. They didn't. I called again - and was give details to pick up key under mat. When I got there, key wasn't under mat.

Liked: The rooms were extremely clean and very roomy too. The hotel also had its on own restaurant, with scrumptious foods. Management was super friendly and helpful ! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Liked: Good amenities. Comfortable.
Disliked: A little shabby and traffic noise but would stay there again for the price.

Value for maney, easy access...

Liked: The man working at reception is amazing. Quick response and efficient resolution of issues. Kind, friendly and helpful. Definitely he makes this place better.Easy access to Pacific Mwy which makes this place a perfect overnighter if you have a long trip.
Disliked: The first room had some issues, however we've been immediately offered with alternative room which we found spotless and very comfortable.

Liked: Convenient location. Restaurant on site.
Disliked: No desk lamp for work.

We had a lovely,peaceful stay

Liked: Close to train station and shops.The restaurant was extremely good,especially as you could have the meals delivered to your room.We have stayed here on several occasions and it will always be our “go to” motel whenever we are in Sydney
