Liked: Very good breakfast and location (considering that there was parking available) for walking into town
Disliked: After booking I was notified that the restaurant would not be in operation at this time therefore it was more like a large B &B than a hotel (although a nice one)

Absolutely perfect

Liked: Beautiful historical building, small hotel family fun, friendly staff, felt like home and comfortable
Disliked: Room was a perfect size, big enough clean fresh smelling compact but with enough room for 2 travellers. My room also had a bath which was perfect.

Weekend in Harrogate

Liked: Everything was brilliant, the beds, the food and the service from staff. The location is ideal 5min walk into town centre. Our friends loved there stay for there first time.
Disliked: Claudia was excellent, she served us drinks at night, and breakfast in the morning, all with a good sense of humour and a good laugh. Made our stay better.

Disliked: I did park free off charge tho there was a link that I should consider £15 for 12 o’clock check in and guaranteed parking .. I take the point that when hotel is fully booked it can be an issue but it was not full .. very friendly staff called David said I could be free

Nice comfortable room

Liked: Nice clean comfortable room. Very quiet neighborhood and the hotel seemed quiet (although the rooms near mine were empty). About a 10-15 minute walk into town.
Disliked: Wifi didn't work that well and disconnected at times. There's a bit of dragging your luggage up and down stairs - I didn't mind, but some might.
