Good

Liked: Location excellent , bed comfy
Disliked: The bar fridge was tiny , so no room to put anything of our own . No space for our two cases

A nice cosy stay while...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, air con in the room was good, staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent
Disliked: The room was a little smaller than we were expecting, there’s an outdoor bar opposite that’s very loud during the evening, but closes up by 10pm so it’s easy to sleep

A good stay

Liked: Staff were friendly, location was good, room was clean, breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Pillows were very uncomfortable, and at night it was quite noisy with loud music playing from outside.

Easy and effortless

Liked: Property was nice, old but beautiful.
Disliked: Unfortunately there is a restaurant right outside in the back alley and it smelled really strongly in the heat. Nothing the hotel can do about but be repaired.

Exceptional

Superb

Liked: We were pleasantly surprised with this hidden gem of a hotel. Location is great as you are in the city but away from the busy areas. Hotel was modernised and clean to a very high standard. Breakfast was one of the best we have had comparing to many hotels around the world. Staff also was really friendly.
Disliked: The only complaint is early morning noice which started around 6-7am most mornings and our room was in the inner courtyard right above.

Disappointing

Good

Liked: Helpful staff, located near Tivoli Gardens and a great coffee shop nearby.
Disliked: Bathroom very small and basic for the price.

Good location, but overpriced and...

Liked: The location of the hotel was great, very convenient for exploring Copenhagen.
Disliked: However, the hotel itself felt quite average, and honestly, it’s too expensive for what you get. On top of that, the service during checkout was really disappointing. We ended up waiting for over an hour, and while one staff member tried to help, another was very unfriendly, which left a bad impression. Overall, not worth the price.
