Liked: From the moment we checked-in we felt like a VIP already. Staff was friendly, our room was beautiful and clean, and the whole ambiance of the hotel screams luxury. We definitely enjoyed the pool too.

A good place for a...

Liked: The property is located across the road from the Jersey board walk .It has 2 public car parks on either side.The partial ocean view rooms offer views of the ocean /car park from the balcony .Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. It was well maintained.The staff , at both the front desk as well as the bar were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Debbie, George D, Melanie and Michelle at the front desk for all their help in making our stay very comfortable.

Disliked: If you’re not a high-end traveler, it’s almost uncomfortable with things you are used to do in yourself that they don’t allow, for example, going down to an ice machine and getting ice. They have to bring it to you.

Liked: There was so much that we loved! The high level of professionalism of every staff member we spoke with, delivered with immense warmth and genuine care, was a joy. Deborah, George, Melanie, Lauren, Susana, Skylar, and housekeeping staff were attentive, respectful, friendly and delightful. Our suite was large, bright, and a pleasure to relax in. Thank you all!

Stunning hotel

Liked: The property was absolutely beautiful just stunning close to everything. The only thing I need to complain about was the room service. We got our food and it was all ice cold.

Not Worth The Price, Not...

Liked: The property is very luxe. They greet you with drink options when you check-in, water and candy in your suite, and they have plush robes you can wear. There's a restaurant upstairs and a balcony in the room I selected.
Disliked: The hotel does not charge the $400 deposit fee as a separate incidental, you're charged $400 on top of your normal price. However, the receipt they give you does not mention the $400 at all. This is very shady, especially since they say it only takes seven days to fall off, but when you call on day 7, they have a rehearsed answer that it's "on your bank". Well, my bank informed me that the charge should've fallen off already, but the hotel specifically requested that the pending charge be lifted on on April 15th, 30 days from the day of my stay. I am $400 overdrafted because the hotel charged me $624 for my stay (a notable jump from my original booking, but I canceled and rebooked and accepted the new price) and left a pending charge for $1024 on my account.The amenities of the hotel are not worth the price. There's no restaurant on site and any drink option that is not water is a charge. There are no direct views of the beach. I enjoyed resting in the bed, I appreciated that they left me alone for the most part when I explained that I was sick. I would not stay again.
