Liked: The staff was very responsive to the few initial needs I had when I arrived. Although this is an older property, it has been updated this year and was a great deal.

Bait and Switch Scam, Poor...

Liked: Absolutely. Nothing.!!!
Disliked: Switch and bait scam with hotel management switching room type from what was a pre-paid guaranteed reservation. No onsite office for check-in/check-out. No management present onsite to report or discuss reservation problems and maintenance issues. Many safety, building, health, and sanitation code violations. Door didn't lock due to not making proper repairs to door jam that was obviously involved in multiple prior break-ins; plumbing leak from upstairs unit causing paint in shower and other areas in the bathroom to bubble; exposed outdoor electrical wiring and cable box hanging by a wire; Wi-fi access code not provided, so television streaming/viewing was unavailable; cockroach and other bugs in unit due to large gap between door bottom and door's threshold; boxes of unassembled furniture items and garbage and other trash piled in portico area; handtruck and stepping stones left on open walkways as potential tripping hazard; unlaundered linens piled in the front of the building and left sitting there for several days in the rain; torn fabric in headboard, shower curtain improperly hung, and mold on towel holder bar; trash strewn about the rear of the property; broken fence panel leaning on garbage can; pool's chlorinator left on pool deck where any child could access harmful chemicals; and finally, inadequate parking.
