very nice, simple place but...

Liked: Great location, all facilities are available, washing machine, dryer, kitchen, TV, verandah, iron, safe and secured car parking (not needed on this occasion), the local public transportation is also great
Disliked: Upgrading facilities, bathroom and shower are old and dated but fully functional, topping up of tea and sugars and coffee sachets and fresh milk every day or second day

Liked: Rude lady Kelly and curtains see though in lounge room bedroom ones broken no shower caddy to put stuff in shower out of date hair dryer shower hot and cold non stop broken chairs on balcony only two towels for seven nights one tea towel
Disliked: Nearly everything

Liked: Nothing good about this place
Disliked: Walk way up the stairs too narrow and spell horrible. Plus bed looks yuck

Disliked: The whole place needed a clean. The light was terrible, at night time as it backed onto a car park light so we had trouble sleeping. The shower was hot and cold, it was not clean rust on the shower including the toilet.

Disliked: Did not realise there are 3 Aruba facilities in Broadbeach. As I’m a return customer it was a surprise. Didn’t like being at the top of a 3 storey unit. I found it very hard dragging all my luggage up and down the stairs. For the price the unit was tired with broken things like the toilet. The stuff in the kitchen was poor quality, the bed was old and uncomfortable. My guess is the unit was probably built in the 80’s so lots of things were rusty. The floor tiles needed replacing even though some things were updated. We consequently checked 1 day early.

Excellent value for money, would...

Liked: Clean, spacious and mostly in good repair. Kitchen had everything needed. Big bathroom with modern laundry appliances. Staff were lovely. Excellent location. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Minimal issues that didn’t particularly affect our stay - dodgy wiring in the bedroom, incredibly uncomfortable couch 😆
