Liked: The rooms were small but clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The reception staff on my arrival told me my four travelling friends had already arrived, they hadn't. By chance, it was discovered that any bedroom door key card would open any other bedromm door!! - reception couldn't do anything about this! - It was 29° outside on arrival, turned on aircon in room and it woud only pump out warm air. Maintenance were contacted and the excuse given was the aircon system was set for colder weather!! - Breakfast was a shambles with only one person running around like a headless ckicken.

Liked: The hotel is in a very good position, very close to the center. It has a very nice lobby. The reception staff is very friendly, kind and available. Even if a bit more of English knowledge would have been appreciated! But the commitment to communicate made up for the lack.
Disliked: As I arrived, at 9:15 am, for breakfast, I have been told nothing gluten free was left :-( During the night we suffered for the heat cause too heavy cover for beds considering the season. The third bed wasn't done and it was quite uncomfortable.
