Liked: Located close to the main galleries and away from the main tourist throng.

friendly staff

Liked: the staff were very helpful and accommodating. the room upgrade was most welcome. the coffee machine downstairs is always a good thing!
Disliked: we would have liked somewhere better than the floor for our bags but as room was a fair size we could walk around them.

Great location for art lovers

Disliked: The carpet while the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, there was a noticeable odour coming from the carpeted floor. It was a bit unpleasant and detracted from an otherwise good experience.
