Liked: The general feel of the hotel, with its quirky art theme was excellent, if not a little impersonal. The staff were good and attended to our requests efficiently. The technology, lifts, iPads in rooms etc were a great feature. Location good, if you like walking in London.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was good. Quality of food excellent. Staff were very pleasant. On Sunday however you could not move in the breakfast area, it was totally oversubscribed. The tables were cramped, and squashed together. As a result the staff struggled to keep up, ( not their fault)! It took 30 minutes to get tea and coffee to our table. This needs rethinking completely, as it totally marred an otherwise very pleasant stay in London.

Liked: Incredible views from the City View room, friendly staff and wonderful pool.
Disliked: I’d enquired about the breakfast included and an AI response was inaccurate, informing me that it was a la carte. It wasn’t, and I may not have booked for a buffet.
