Beautiful hotel awesome customer service...

Liked: From the beautiful aroma in the lobby to the way the lifts operate every thing is awesome about this hotel
Disliked: The rooms were expensive and although very nice and large enough still I was over £1500 for 4 nights

Great location, beautiful interior, nice...

Liked: Great location, nice aesthetic, we enjoyed the pool at the rooftop. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Very clean. I’d like to go back.
Disliked: The service at the Tozi restaurant (Ground floor) could be improved - it was quite slow and providing unclear-to-no directions to us (eg unclear to us how we’d order food at breakfast time, or the service didn’t provide clear guidance what drinks were complementary while we were waiting for our room to be ready, still don’t know what do they mean by ‘house wine’).

Liked: Amazing stay for my boyfriend’s 24th birthday! Beds were so comfortable. It’s nice the rooftop pool & hot tub are open until late of 11pm and hotel guests only. Breakfast was great! The sauna was a nice touch too. Location is perfect with the underground a few minutes walk away…. Shopping centre right outside too.

Good hotel in good location

Liked: The location is excellent, right by the Battersea Power Station mall, with a wide variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The nearby subway branch is perfect, offering direct access to the city center without the need for any transfers
Disliked: A bit overpriced to my taste, but this is London.
