Style over substance

Liked: Great location very trendy vibe
Disliked: Upgrade on room was not worth it at all just got a room on the 11th floor over looking the railway. Very small room coffee machine didn’t work and no waters replaced day 2. Breakfast was very slow poor service and poor options that were not worth the extra paid.

A Complete Disappointment: Definitely Not...

Disliked: My stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment, especially considering the price. When evaluating value for money, it fell far short of my expectations.Absolutely Unsuitable for Work and Exorbitant Charges for Workspace!If you're traveling for business and need to work on your computer, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There isn't a single dedicated workspace outside of the restaurant. Trying to use the restaurant tables during breakfast isn't a solution either; it's neither ethical nor practical to occupy a table when other guests are waiting. The most absurd part? If you want to access a table to work, they charge an incredible £100 per hour! It's unacceptable for a hotel to monetize such a basic function like workspace in this way. This is definitely not a business hotel.Hygiene and Comfort Issues: Only One Towel Per Day!While other hotels provide two bath towels per person as standard, here you're limited to just one bath towel per day. This means you're forced to reuse a damp towel from the evening in the morning. This is extremely inadequate and uncomfortable from both a hygiene and comfort perspective.Overall Assessment: Not Worth the Money Paid!In summary, I believe this hotel is not even worth half the price they charge. The services, comfort, and amenities provided are very poor in comparison to the cost. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
