Liked: Theleadguest reception was Jermaine, who was outstanding. His helpfulness, confidence at putting me at ease and his local knowledge was so supportive in making this an exceptional stay.
Disliked: Jermains's local knowledge, friendliness and supportive nature.

Average at best. Staff didn't...

Liked: Room was quiet and the bed comfy
Disliked: When we arrived we had been given a disabled room. We paid over £500 for the night and the facilities in a disabled room are not to the standard I would expect. We asked to be moved and the reception said OK and to wait in the room and then someone would move us. We waited for over half an hour and no one came. Wasn't the warm welcome we expected.
