Besides the little problems that...

Liked: The employees were so kind and helpful. The room was clean enough to stay a few days .The location was very good. Open buffet breakfast was nice .
Disliked: I didn’t like the soap, which wasn’t a real soap. It was so sticky. Room cleanings could be done everyday. I saw a silverfish insect. If there is one that means there is much more.

Superb

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, lounge area at the entrance is comfortable (nice deco, varied furniture to address different needs, water and fruit, etc)
Disliked: Cleaning staff on the last day opened the door twice (at 8 am?!?), knocking at the door while simultaneously opening the door

Good location.

Liked: Went for a room upgrade so got a room at the back of the hotel overlooking river, made for a quite stay as rooms at the front are by a main road. Good location and nice walk from the hotel along the river towards the cathedral where will will find the excellent river front restaurants. Bar was okay and had a good range of drinks.

Woeful

Disliked: Absolutely no chance of getting in touch of them at any time whether it be on phone, email or on booking.com, shambles of a hotel extremely disappointing considering the main reason I booked as I thought it was a radisson hotel believing they’d be a pleasure to deal with but unfortunately this one is the furthest thing from it

SHORT STAY, BUT VERY SWEET

Liked: The wonderful staff certainly is the CHERRY ON TOP OF THE CAKE.We especially liked Phillipp and Lucy; from reception to the cocktail hour, things were simply elegant and professional!
Disliked: I was not satisfied with the breakfast buffet.The coffee was great, though.I liked the big sunlit room but, the choices lacked imagination and variety.
