A perfect place to stay

Liked: Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on a city break! Excellent location, and great breakfast to set oneself up for a day of sightseeing.Extended breakfast period perfect for those travellers after long journeys or dealing with change in time zone.
Disliked: There is nothing not to like about this hotel

Good hotel with very friendly...

Liked: Good location, neat hotel with amenities, super friendly stuff which is always willing to help. The hotel also offers spa and sauna on demand. Breakfast was good and it was possible to order some meal right from the kitchen.
Disliked: 1. Pillows were very firm and uncomfortable, I couldn’t sleep during the first night.2. One cannot sleep after 8 am because people start doing housekeeping. Also, woke up once from a drunk person’s voices from the street.3. There was a bug in my towel.

Disliked: On the first night of my stay, I discovered that there was no quilt in the room. I called customer service, and they remotely unlocked another room so I could go in and get a quilt.
