Liked: The location was perfect to all Amsterdam sights. The art deco decor was unique. Best of all the staff was terrific . Helpful to the extreme.
Disliked: Nothing

Comfortable room in convenient location.

Liked: Great location. Quirky hotel - lift like a cave … with caveman at exit. Could have done with more light. Room was spacious & well equipped. Huge , well appointed bathroom .It’s a pity it was difficult to get our room serviced in a timely manner.
Disliked: House keeping/ room services.Didn’t use the dining facilities because the menu was a bit strange.

Liked: Great location. Would stay again just because of the location.
Disliked: Safe was broken. Didn’t want to waste time on the trip to wait and have this fixed. The bed foundation was not stable. The lighting in the room was very dark. The room was clean, but the shower pan had visible traces of mold. No issues with the price, but I had higher expectations.

Liked: The staff was so awesome in their customer service. They made us coffee, gave us directions and kept checking on the status of the room. We also dined at the Portuguese restaurant which was exceptional.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The staff was truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is perfect, right in the city center and just a 3-minute walk from the train station. My room was spacious and had a beautiful view overlooking the canal, which made the stay even more special. Highly recommended!
