Liked: staff are awesome! Great location didn't have to use maps as it is directly opposite the tallest building in Brighton - great landmark so couldn't get lost. Me, my partner, our 2 kids and our dog enjoyed it thoroughly! Good vibes at night and at breakfast! Thank you so much!

Cosy, wholesome weekend

Liked: The location was perfect, stayed in a comfy sea view room and facilities + extras made the stay extra special. Loved the bar / cosy fireplace in the evening and the ping pong table !

Amazing stay!

Liked: Amazing property. Had a great room with a view of the old pier. Really comfortable bed, all full-size toiletries and a very well stocked mini bar supplied. Hotel also has a lovely relaxed bar you can spend time in. We opted to have breakfast too which was so tasty. Such lovely friendly staff. Will definitely come back.

Disliked: I don’t like false advertising- the marketing said there was parking - that is a lie, there is no parking included, I had to pay £30 to park close by -The room we were given had a water leak so we were moved to a smaller room with no wardrobe The room had every type of tea, coffee pods, lots of alcoholic beverages we could be charged but no milk to make a cup of tea - the staff had left so why even bother putting tea, coffee sugar, biscuits etc in a room but no milk??? Sorry but it was an expensive hotel, but the basics that I could get at a 2 star hotel were missing. Not happy at all.False advertising and poor attention to detail
