Liked: The location was excellent.The view of Manhattan from the bedroom was beautiful.
Disliked: We specifically booked the penthouse suite because it had its own private terrace. However, we were given a room with a rather poor balcony facing the side of the building, even though there were still five penthouse suites available for booking on Booking.com at the time.Additionally, there was a loud motor noise coming from both the living room and the bedroom areas.Lastly, breakfast was not included. When you book a penthouse suite, you simply don’t expect breakfast to be excluded.Lastly, the minibar had been removed from the room, so there was no fridge.For example, I wanted to drink cold water or beverages , but there wasn’t any.

Liked: Great location and most of the staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Queen Beds are extremely small in the double room. Double check with property directly which room is best for how many guests you are.

Liked: Room size and high floor, quiet side of the building while having some vew
Disliked: Building is under construction, only one elevator available on my side of the building, the rooms are in the process of being refurbished, they are updated startring on 10 floor and up, I had a choice of the room on 7th or 12th floor, I chose 12th floor with updated decor.

Disliked: Poor breakfast and small beds in the triple room.

Liked: Right away we were received with warm, smiling staff, and helped with our luggage. One representative told us to call on him for help with anything on our floor. Our room was pleasant, with a nice little bathroom, and there was good storage. The location was exactly where we wanted to be.
