A very comfortable, nice place...

Liked: The ladies working there were fabulous. Both were friendly & helpful. The breakfast was VERY good.
Disliked: It was very hot so air conditioning would be a good addition. We felt fortunate to use a fan from the lobby.

Liked: The hotel is located on a quiet street with entrance and windows in the yard, eventhough we were in the centre of the city it was very calm and quiet. The staff was very kind and kid-friendly and even prior to our areival communication with the hotel was great. Breakfast provided big variety of choices and everything was fresh and nicely prepared. Room was spacious. Everything was very clean from room to common spaces. We will definitely return when we are visiting again.
Disliked: Just a minor thing, the door code did not function few times because we were too quick for the system. But we got used to it quickly.

Good hotel in a nice...

Liked: The lady in reception the morning after we arrived was superb. An excellent service - friendly and helpful. We left with a positive view of the property after meeting her.
Disliked: The welcome on the evening we arrived was not as positive as the nice lady we were greeted by in the morning.
