Ok, wouldn't return

Liked: Exceptionally clean, close to city centre links, beautiful building, spacious room. Shower was great.
Disliked: Poor description from Booking.com:No vending machine as statedNo room service as stated No 24 hour reception as statedBar closes when staff went homeNo independent way to make a hot drink.Situated in an untidy area.Their own website states that would post mail, on enquiring I was directed to the local post box, trivial but annoying.Housekeeping knocked while I was still in the room, I asked her to come back in 30 mins but she refused and handed me a toilet roll and a clean towel.

Exceptional

Liked: Comfortable, and close to where I needed to be. They let me check in a lot earlier than expected. The breakfast was great too!
Disliked: It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room. The Internet was a bit too slow to work with.

Liked: Room size is huge!Best shower I have had in a long time!Great staff and very helpful!
Disliked: No cups in room for tea or coffee or even water

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very big, clean and comfortable . There was sufficient parking, and breakfast was available.
Disliked: The area is a bit noisy due to the tram and main roadNo mini fridge in the room
