Nice modern hotel near centre...

Liked: Very nice modern hotel, very close to centre of Vienna. Staff were very helpful and looked after our luggage for a few hours after we checked out.

Exceptional

Great location and comfortable stay

Liked: The hotel was in a great location for sightseeing, close to trains and city bikes, a lovely area with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Staff were friendly and rooms were as expected due to soft opening, clean and modern with minor elements unfinished. Smooth and straight forward check in with welcoming staff.
Disliked: As a family, we would have liked our rooms to be closer together (one on 2nd and one on 5th floor) but we booked late so appreciate that this wasn’t possible.

Good for a short stay.

Liked: The location was great, the hotel itself looked very nice and the shower was great.
Disliked: The towel drier made a really strong noise and so did the vents in the room, even when the AC was off. My partner was quite bothered the first night, I slept just fine. There was a stain in the sheets but very small, I didn't care a lot but I noticed. The curtains were very poor though, and they fell off the trails when I put all the way to the right.

Disliked: The parking situation is not very clear, when I asked about it, the owner did not answer anything in the chat. I found information during online registration, there you could book a place in the underground parking, paid an additional 20 euros but unfortunately did not find information where it was. As a result, I received a fine). This could have been avoided if there had been more information or feedback.
