Disliked: Aging of all facilities. Shower door broken, air conditioner leaking, unused bedding left on the floor, elevator shaking and making loud noises. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Pleasant surprise!

Liked: The location was fabulous - a short walk to many places of interest and restaurants. The hotel was cute and quirky with it's rooster\ hen theme. Breakfast was exceptional and the service was great. The whole family was happy to have stumbled upon this hidden gem as a very last minute booking on our way through the region.
Disliked: I cannot think of a negative thing to say !

Terrible

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: Settled us in the cheaper room, claiming “it’s better”. Before arrival approved early checkin and confirmed extra bed for a kid (evidence is in my email). Upon arrival declined us to settle in and we had to hang around on a hot day. Same happened to the baby bed. They said it was not requested. Then dragged it at the time the kid was asleep. We paid for a more expensive room and it was clear at the desk that they messed things up. Knowing the issues the some staff members didn’t communicate properly like it was all our fault. Actually, the mess is everywhere around, even a pod with hot water is labeled “kalt Wasser” :D Extremely dirty, they only brush the floors as far as I observed. Scam which takes more money, settles you in a cheaper dirty room and puts it as your fault. Terrible

Cozy place for a family...

Liked: Breakfast has got varieties. Beverages throughout the day, coffee tasted very good, they even offered chocolate milk. Beds were comfortable.Not to forget the Friendly staff at the reception.
Disliked: Parking was a bit away but the walking route was shorter which I found the second time.. overall not a hassle.

Superb

Liked: The hotel is right in town with all the attractions nearby. Bars and restaurants, right out the door.I highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Beautiful Landsberg am Lech was...

Liked: We liked the location, opportunity for snacks and drinks in the lobby, decent spread for breakfast, friendly staff, just about everything.
Disliked: N/A.
