Disliked: We recently stayed here, and while the property itself has potential, our experience was disappointing in several ways.The first night, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. We were told a fan would be provided, but had to request it again before it arrived. We also noticed the wet bar hadn’t been restocked and a lightbulb was missing in one of the lamps. We had to make sure staff knew these were not damages from us. The hotel was fully booked, so we couldn’t be moved until the second night.Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. It didn’t seem like it had been fully prepared for a new guest—there were items left behind from the prior occupant, half-used toiletries, and even a broken fingernail on the floor. Staff assured us the bedding had been changed, but it didn’t inspire confidence. There was also a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, which we pointed out was a maintenance issue, not a housekeeping one like they were suggesting. We were offered a cocktail as an apology, but no option to move again or any real compensation.Other ongoing inconveniences included never having enough coffee supplies (no stirrers, creamers and missing cups), flat pillows, and a room that was uncomfortably bright due to non-standard windows without proper curtains. Even small details were overlooked—like a dead battery in the bathroom scale.While the staff we interacted with were very polite and understanding, the lack of concern with the sewage smell and the overall inconsistency in the room conditions made for a less-than-relaxing stay. This hotel could be much better with more attention to detail and proactive guest care.

Excellent location and very clean...

Liked: Breakfast was a bit disappointing. There wasn't any chopped fruit salad, only melon, the cooked food wasn't very hot and could have had different variety. Service wasn't very good, we had to ask most days for tea or coffee. I felt the bread could have been fresher.
Disliked: Just the breakfast

Overall, it was a pleasant...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The facilities look worn out. For instance, our shower head does not work well and leaks water sideways, the air conditioner does not cool down the room much, there are yellow stains on the door frame when we arrived, etc.

A trip to Vienna

Liked: The hotel's receptionist, Sara, was very helpful with booking restaurant reservations. Always kind and polite.
