Tiny room, un helpful reception...

Liked: Stylish and good location
Disliked: They change our allocated room from a good one to a broom cupboard with no explanation!Breakfast was only continental and though okay, would have preferred some hot items.For the price we paid this was not good value for money

Nice hotel, but a few...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. It was also located near shopping, pubs and restaurants.
Disliked: The water temperature was too hot in shower and bathroom sink initially had no cold water- only hot. They did adjust the temperature. But thru out stay sink ran hot and cold with no rhyme or reason. Never got roomed clean on second day of stay or clean towels or pick up of dirty dishes. We left the room for 5 hours - from 10-3 and no one came to clean room until 4PM when we were taking a nap and we did not feel like vacating the ro9om at that point. It would have been great if the bar had some kind of snacks, or offered some type of food.

Comfortable hotel in an excellent...

Liked: Comfortable hotel in a very convenient location next to the Stephen's Green shopping centre. Next door to a car park and within easy walking distance of everything Dublin has to offer. Our room was remarkably quiet given the location, with good air conditioning (it was hot when we stayed) and we slept very well.
Disliked: We stayed for two nights and we had no complaints.
