Clean and pleasant

Liked: Service from staff was excellent. Bed was very comfy and the hotel is close to the metro. Loved the breakfast too.
Disliked: The heating worked the first time at night but the 2nd night it didn’t work. Told the night staff present but nothing changed and we wasn’t updated on whether someone would look into it

Liked: That was a clean hotel with friendly staff.
Disliked: There weren’t enough facilities in the room like other 4 stars hotel, no fridge, tea maker…The breakfast options are limited and I don’t think it would be close to the rest of hotels with the same price.

In Paris you need to...

Liked: It was newly renovated and had a coffee machine in the lobby.
Disliked: The hotel is located beside sex shops and is surrounded by similar shops and institutions…The classic room did not look like the picture, we had no table in the room so wee kept our items on the floor. The classic rooms do not look as they are presented on booking or the website, those are the nicer ones. You can hear all the water and shower noises from the rooms around you. When I complained about this, first we were promised to see another room, which was then sold out, and the manager who was promised to approach us, never showed up.

Liked: When we arrived we received a very warm welcome and were given a seat and some water while they checked us in.Staff were very friendly and helpful with our requestsThe location was perfect for us, near to monmarte but away from the overall touristy areas. Pigalle has a nice neighbourhood vibe and most bars, cafes and restaurants were friendly Good metro access to take you anywhere in the city but we were able to walk to most places very easily.
Disliked: The room was quite small but that is to be expected for most hotel rooms in paris unless you spend a lot of money!
