Liked: Room was small, not really renovated, but good enough to use the word "comfortable". Breakfast on the other had was very good and staff friendly. Location is perfect close to trams and city center.
Disliked: - No flexibility regarding bed setup - we requested toswitch from two single beds to one double with a topper or just join them with a bed sheet. It was rejected. Also no room switch possible. Not really nice.- Payment and personal information during check-in. When you are checking in at 11 PM and need to fill out a survey with personal questions (sorry - you have those information in booking or can ask for that in advance) and also pay directly - it could be done better. Why not pay for everything during checkout (additional services and hotel payment)?

Liked: Easy check in, check out.
Disliked: Room cleanliness. There were numerous hairs on the floor and on the bed too. I also found a bug in the bed.

Liked: Good room, good location, fabulous breakfast area and very good breakfast, this was our 3rd stay in this hotel, always at the same quality level.
Disliked: Cleaning personnel always very noisy...

Very good

Liked: Location is good right next to a large shopping centre and commuter train and tram stations. Value for your money. This hotel is a great option for a business travellers with smaller budget. The rooms are clean, quiet and other hotel facilities are well kept.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff is great, welcoming and polite. Beds are so comfortable.
Disliked: The room size could be bigger, but other than that we had an amazing stay

Liked: The room is spacious and clean. The location is also good, close to public transports. There is a mall just next door, it’s very convenient.
Disliked: It was so noisy at the outside at night.

Disliked: We were sent to a corner room, windows facing the sky , forbidden to open … if you want to look outside the room, you can’t ! Get fresh air once the room is super hot , top floor facing the sky, not possible at all . Not the room I booked or style I had when previously stayed there . Not even comparing the area. To walk to the room there’s a zone where stinks tobacco coming from some stairs . Impossible to breathe . It’s the only way to access the room . Imagine this every time you go in and out of the room ! I asked for a change , not possible! Washroom level of clean wasn’t the best… toilet seat with stains and corners full of dust . Not the best experience this time . I was clear with the front desk but all they said was “ we can’t do anything “
