it?s was fine not spectacular...
Liked: we have stayed many times before and is/ was our go to hotel in Melbourne.
Disliked: room 813 is a bit tired and not what we expected, no robes in rooms anymore and I always look forward to the ghost chairs but unfortunately just tacky wooden ones in place of them.

Disapointing compared to previous stays...
Disliked: They need to guarantee parking and when 2 rooms are booked and requested to be close together they should at least be on the same level.

Great stay! Not too much...
Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfy and well-furnished, with a good amount of complimentary appliances (iron, toaster, coffee pod machine, etc.).
Disliked: The sink in one bathroom was a little bit dirty but aside from that the rooms were spotless!I wasn't a huge fan of how thin and see-through the bathroom "walls" were, as they provided very little in the way of privacy.
