Liked: Great location for access to Royal Children's Hospital which is where we needed to be. Beds were comfy.
Disliked: The restaurant advertises in the elevators and online that they're open until 8pm. We went down looking for a feed at 720pm and they already are closed.It was definitely not the cleanest room we've stayed in. Bedside table was dirty, tv remote was putrid, cups and cutlery were all dirty still coffee all over the benches, table was dirty and hairs all through the bath and shower from previous guests. Shower was very loud and making squeaking sounds.

Liked: So handy to the hospital, didn’t have to go outside at all.
Disliked: No restaurant meant getting a decent meal was difficult.

Disliked: On arrival after travelling over 6 hours to get to royal children's hospital form urgently appointment. The manager was ot accommodating to the simplest of task. She was also sighted being rude to another gentleman who couldnt speak englis and purely came to the wrong motel! (He certainly wont make that mistake again) My cashier turned apirns tonask her a question to whoch she immedia Went into passive aggressive mode to whoch i told her her stop and nit tonsoeak to me. There was no sugar or tea and one towel!!!! Come on you can do better! Especially for the proce. We had one toilet roll it was like living on rations rather embarrassing for the motel given its location. We have to come again to The Royal Children's Hospital but wont be returning or recommending. The front desk manager should not be in cutsomer serviceWe had a horrible night sleep with the aicon not turning off or on correctly but was not foing to be calling front desk. No toilet paper one towel and no sugar or tea

Liked: Clean and comfortable and in the same building as the Melbourne Royal children's Hospital.
Disliked: Room service or dining facilities, after a day exploring Melbourne or caring for a loved one in the hospital it would be nice to have easy access to meals.
