Good but not great!

Liked: The location, beds, and room were good
Disliked: The no room service, adhoc housekeeping, strange artwork on the walls, loud neighbours getting intimate in room next to us! I was staying with my 12 yo son - lucky he was asleep and didn't hear it!

Disliked: The ad said “ car parking available” but it should have said “ limited car parking and it will cost you $30”.The shower was warm. We needed more on a very cold day

Was not what I expected...

Disliked: Got the penthouse suite Lady Luck. Heater under TV did not work, the main control panel of climate was not properly functional. The button kept on getting stuck. The outdoor heater also did not work.

Liked: The Cullen is located in a really great neighbourhood, right around the corner from Chapel St which has loads of great restaurants and bars and very close to supermarkets and Prahran markets. The rooms are a decent size and the beds extremely comfortable. The added bonus of a cooktop and microwave in the rooms is very convenient. Would highly recommend this hotel.
