Art Series - The Cullen

Great location, but not good...

Liked: Location, location, next to Prahran Markets with lots of good restaurants and shops.
Disliked: Cooking implements were not in the room, and it took the staff about 90 minutes to find a frying pan, saucepan and chopping board. The cook top is too high for short people!!!

Disappointed, standard has dropped.

Liked: Nothing to do with the property. Great location, close to everything you need in Prahran.
Disliked: Dirty, gone downhill. Rooms weren’t clean. Surfaces had ‘stains’. Had to cover with towels to sit down on chairs. The staff weren’t as friendly as normal, and the restaurant downstairs has closed down. The Hotel had really gone downhill but the prices stay as high as ever. Just not worth it anymore, won’t be staying there again which is a shame because we’ve been choosing the Cullen for years.
