Very good

Lovely hotel and centrally located.

Liked: The hotel was lovely and located centrally to everything we needed.
Disliked: Having to pay $50 for parking.

Liked: Central location, close to the city but far enough away to still get peace and quiet. Friendly staff, always greeting us on return to the hotel.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a biscuit in the room to accompany the complimentary hot drinks, but then I'm being really picky!

Very good

Liked: Good location and very decent hotel to stay in. I like that it has standards when it comes to the rooms, Nespresso machine, choices for breakfast, spacious rooms.
Disliked: I understand that there are sustaibanility efforts to reduce waste and one-time use but I would have preferred to have the toiletries available in the rooms instead of having to ask for them.

Liked: Location, price and allowing us to hang at the pool area after check out. Pool was actually warm enough to swim in during winter :)
Disliked: At the time the kitchen was closed during the day and no meals or room service available until after 8 the first day and 5pm the second day.

Liked: the pool area but didnt know the pool was heated, will next time we stay :) loved the view from the rooms, always request high floor, I know I will be :)
Disliked: the bar near the pool wasnt open on the Sunday night, would've loved to have a drink down there
