Great value for money!

Liked: Great value for money! Amazing location, close to the train station and the places to visit. The staff were friendly, there were a few changes from our side and they all were accomodated smoothly. The room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: A mini fridge in the room could have been nice.

Liked: Airconditioning, Convenient location, TV with Netflix (login to own account), Wireless phone charger with easy touch night light, Relatively quiet, Curtains block out the light, 24/7 reception, Parking garage directly under the hotel and my Toyota Yaris fit fine, Staff at front desk were friendly, Clean, Closet space, Looks modern
Disliked: - Worst mattress I ever slept on: worn-down, sagging sunken-in spots, and got serious backpain from it. That mattress should be replaced ASAP, which I reported upon checkout.- I was told in direct message that all rooms have a small fridge, when I asked for a fridge a few days before arriving. But then there was no fridge in my room (#26), and I reported this to front desk. I then was offered to store my food and drinks at the fridge behind the front desk and ask staff to get me my things and put them back when needed, which was a hassle.- There was no seating in this double room, even though it was mentioned in the room description.- One curtain is installed in front of the airconditioning, blocking the airco, blocking partial view of the TV, and taking up space in the room. Could install the curtain directly under the airco to solve this?Overall, there were pros to this hotel, but not outweighing the cons, and not worth paying over €90 for one person per night. I would not stay again, and still have backpain from the 2 nights that I stayed here.

Disliked: No pots and pans in kitchen but I thought that this would be the case.To find this place, look for the pizza restaurant, then go up on the elevator

Stay wasn't accordingly our expectations.

Liked: The hotelroom itself was oke. The breakfast very basic. The staff friendly.
Disliked: The bed was terrible. The matras completely worn out; deep potholes what made a good sleep rather impossible. You would expect that a good bed is the least what a hotel could provide for. Room at the streetside noisy, so opening a window was no option. So no fresh air.Very poor entrance from the streetside; you basically have to enter a parkinggarage to go to the hotel. Hotel on top of a parkinggarage??? Shabby and old elevator which was making scary noises.Recommended parkinggarage is very old and extremely narrow. And directions to the hotel in the parkinggarage are very poor.I don't know where those positive reviews are coming from but to me they aren't accordingly the reality......

Incredible find, great location, great...

Liked: What a hidden gem! While the street entrance can initially come off as a little sketchy (the hotel is located on the top of a parking structure), once you travel to the sixth (top) floor lobby, you're greated by a incredible oasis in the city with an open air courtyard as well as some balcony space. The staff was friendly, professional and will to store our bags (as we arrived early after a river cruise). The room was clearly the highlight here, one of the most spacious rooms I seem in Europe, which included a tremendous amount of seating (via what could be termed as a very well built picnic table with bench seating), a functional bathroom, air conditioning and even a small refrigerator to store cold drinks. The balancy was nice to look at; unfortunately it rained both days we were in the city. The location can't be beat, with a Rewe market just outstide the front door and a U-Bahn terminal just steps away. On top of that, we were only a 15 minute walk (through old town) from the Cathedral. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Köln.
Disliked: Not much to say here. We had absolutely no issues during our stay.
