Great facility.Bad breakfast staff need...

Liked: The property is very nice facility The beds and pillows were great
Disliked: We could not get a blanket for the room (which had only a light comforter) bc they had a swim team group using extra beds in rooms, until we suggested going to an unbooked room and taking a blanket from there. There was a bad in the bathroom that came and went, so we didn’t complain but it came back a few times. The breakfast was bad. Just bagged muffins and yogurt and granola. When asked for milk they said they didn’t have milk bc the granola was for the yogurt. The families who wanted to give their kids milk to drink were completely baffled as were we. The weekend we stayed it was almost twice their regular rate. They waived our dog fee - it wasn’t enough.

Surprisingly nice!

Liked: Very nice people at the reception desk, super well thought in every detail, very pet friendly, artsy, comfortable and cozy. A great surprise overall.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower, the $3 bottle of water at the reception and that even though is dog friendly, there wasn’t really a place for the dog to “go” nearby… not necessarily the hotel’s fault though.

Room was pleasant, but wasn’t...

Liked: Room was clean and had great sunny windows.
Disliked: Giant stain of some sort of liquid on our balcony. The door hinge to our room was broken and the door would get stuck anytime it was opened. We had to pull/push the door with force very slowly to get it to shut. Rating would’ve been much higher otherwise. The offerings for breakfast were good, but selections extremely limited which left a lot to be desired.
