Disliked: The staff failed to give me correct key for the second time and I had to go to the room and return to them twice to have it working

Great apart from cleaners

Liked: Breakfast, location, clean, lovely hotel
Disliked: The cleaners moved all our things around and packed up our things and put them away in drawers and wardrobe. We DUD NOT like this. We requested at reception for only towels to be changed and again the cleaners came in and moved and put away our things. We complained again to reception and put the DO NOT DISTURB on the door and the cleaners came in again and moved our things around and put things away. Very very angry about this
