Excellent!

Liked: It is a very nice hotel located at a very convenient location. The walk to old town is around 30 mins and using the tram, it is only 15-20mins. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for your visit to Prague.
Disliked: Nothing at all!

Wonderful staff, comfortable beds, AC,...

Liked: Very comfortable beds and thoughtful design.
Disliked: Some rooms only have bath tubs and no shower curtain or hook on the wall to hang the shower head making showers difficult especially for elderly people. Pastry at breakfast had mold all over it one day. The next day they were fresh.
