Disappoint hotel in a great...

Disliked: Noisy plumbing. We could hear everything in the bathroom above us, and I mean everything!Staff did not smile at all and at no stage did anyone ask how our stay was going. Queue for breakfast at 9am. No bar facilities. No free drinking water in the room which for the price of the room was appalling.

Liked: Superb location. The desk clerk was super friendly and anticipated our check-out time -he had the bill ready and had already called the taxi.
Disliked: they didn't have a place in front to pause the car and drop off bags. I went about a block further to another hotel to drop my bags and we wheeled them back.

Liked: The location was perfect. The hotel was very elegant. The room (#39) was very large and beautiful. The breakfast was the best that I have seen. The bathroom was very close to perfect. It would have been better if the bathtub were replaced with a walk-in shower.
Disliked: The bath tub was not accessible for my wife.
