Liked: Love the beautiful courtyard. Such a lovely and relaxing place to have a meal outdoor.

Well priced central Launceston accommodation...

Liked: Great location in walking distance of CBD. Appreciated having a room that took 3 of us without needing a sofa bed. Quirky old building with stairs and passage ways all over the place. Rooms were bright, enough room for suitcases and good pressure shower.
Disliked: Quite noisy overnight being at an intersection and where the main road goes off up the west side of the Tamar. There is double glazing but revheads liked to gun their engines right outside the window. Check-in times are quite tight, especially on the weekend but this did not affect us: just be aware.

Liked: This is a fabulous hotel. Well located, and oozing charm and interest. It's all been very well upgraded to meet modern needs. And what a fabulous collection of old buildings to turn into a hotel!
