Liked: The receptionist was really kind and nice and spoke good english and explained many things. Thank you

Would definitely book again -...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. Room was large and lovely.Parking garage straight underneath the hotel is perfect. The staff were really professional and friendly- especially the bar man who heard it was my partners 50th birthday and arranged a surprise bottle of bubbles and treats when we returned to our room. Really Appreciated!
Disliked: No fault of the hotel but Navigli is very busy and very touristy!

Comfortable practical great location

Liked: The people. Staff are excellent friendly and very helpful. Some great bar and restaurants a stone throws away. Not in the tourist trap so not getting charged extortionate prices.
Disliked: No bath in room and no kitchen in the hotel which means no room service

Liked: Reception staff was very helpful- as much complimentary water as desired. Snacks at the bar area, fitness center, awesome location on the Canal!

Poor

Disliked: The price of the room stated in Booking reservation, which I paid in advance, was not the final price, they charged me overprice for the room in the hotel.
