great location, not an “art”...

Liked: the location was great we were there for a work visit and brought family along so we had a little time to see some sites. the free breakfast saved them from this being a lower rated review.
Disliked: the room was not ready at 3, they were still mopping we walked into a wet floor. the toilet seat was too short for the toilet. there was no art in the room for this to be an “art” hotel. the coffee maker didn’t work.

Liked: The location was very convenient for the Laguna art festivals. Breakfast was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Free parking is a great feature.
Disliked: The two sinks in our bathroom in room 110 had no hot and when I spoke with the woman at the front desk, she said she thought the maintenance person was coming that day and she would let him know. Completely not helpful for us as we were checking out that day. Also the floor wasn't as clean as I'd expect.

Updated, beautiful hotel with nice...

Liked: Such a cute hotel. The “ocean view” rooms are a peak of water, but large and very nicely updated. Fantastic bathrooms with new, large showers and comfy beds. Super clean with nice balconies and the pool area is beautiful. I had it to myself for a perfect reading spot on a Saturday morning. Would recommend! Free parking and breakfast icing on the cake! This is a great location IF you don’t mind driving downtown and finding/paying a lot for hourly parking. Too far to walk and my husband and I love long walks. It’s across from a really nice beach with bathrooms and walking distance to a few cute restaurants.
