Liked: I loved the easy access to crescent bay and they had beach chairs and umbrella we could use for the beach. Heated pool felt good as well. I liked all the drawers in the room and the staff was very friendly.

Liked: Patrick at the front desk was the friendliest host we've encountered and really went above and beyond for every guest. The facilities have all that couples, individuals and families could need, and the location was fantastic. We felt extremely safe, had great recommendations for nearby activities and restaurants, and felt very welcomed and at home.

Liked: Great location, wonderful staff, included breakfast and beach chairs, towels and boogie boards, staff was super kind, comfortable bed, water bottles in the room.
Disliked: Thin walls, you will hear everything out neighbors are saying and traffic noise from outside depending where your room is. Also, the nightstands and windows were not cleaned and were visibly dirty. The rest of the room seemed clean enough.
